They cater to all budgets, with the least expensive gifts costing $50 and the most expensive funeral flower stand costing SGD $1500. A large wreath in mauves and whites expressing deepest sympathy and including dried and artificial flowers costs $300.
Orders placed online are confirmed and executed only when payment is received. No cancellation is allowed and any refunds are given at the discretion of management. Customers can track their orders by inserting the order ID into a box online.
For web orders placed and confirmed from 9am to 12pm during office working hours, delivery is the same day from noon onwards. Orders placed between 12.01 pm to 3pm are also delivered the same day before 9.30pm. Deliveries placed from 3.01pm to 6pm are made in the morning of the next working day.
Orders placed from 6.01 pm to 8.59am are delivered the next working day from noon onwards. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are delivered on the next working day.
With a minimum order of SGD 67.41, Hazel Florist will deliver flowers for free to almost all parts of Singapore. For orders going to Singapore islands and restricted areas such as the Airport Cargo Complex, Airport Passenger Terminals, military camps and PSA ports, a delivery surcharge of SGD$ 20 is applicable. For an urgent local order using two-hour express delivery, a nominal fee of SGD$ 20 is levied upon acceptance of the order.
For delivery of fresh floral arrangements outside Singapore, an established network of offices will design the arrangement using seasonal flowers. An additional separate overseas charge applies to the order. For courier service of selected gifts to an overseas address, an additional separate freight charge applies to the order.
Prices and Payment
Prices range from SGD $50 to SGD $1500 and GST is added to prices. All major credit cards are accepted for payment and customers receive confirmation once payment is made.
Hazel Florist guarantees freshness upon the first attempt at delivery. Floral arrangements will stay fresh according to the life span of the flowers and with proper care. Instructions about flower care are included on the message card with all deliveries. Some of the flowers may not yet be in bloom on arrival and will bloom beautiful at room temperature, giving pleasure for many days if cared for according to instructions given.
Customers can register as members on the website and view their profiles at any time. A rewards system is being set up and will soon be offered on the website. Customers will be able to accumulate Hazel points and redeem them.
In the event that you receive a defective product, Hazel Florists will organise an exchange, subject to availability, if they receive a return to their office within the next working day.
