How Does Delivery Work?

It’s really easy! When you have decided which flowers you want to buy and you are at the check out page filling in your billing and shipping details, you will need to select the correct delivery options that best suit you.

Delivery Date

This is no brainer. Simply select the date you need to the flowers to be delivered. If there is any date that cannot be selected, it means that that particular day has reached maximum capacity of at least 500 orders. We will definitely not be able to squeeze a single extra order into our schedule.

Time Slot

Free Day Delivery Time Slot: You may only choose the time slot of 11 am to 6 pm, or 6 pm to 10 pm. We will deliver your order any time within your selected time slot. Should you need a shorter time frame of delivery, please visit our subsidiary www.onehourflorist.com.

Surcharges

There is a $10 surcharge for deliveries on all Sundays and Public Holidays.

There is also a $10 surcharge for this circuit breaker period. The cost of air freights are increasing drastically due to the amount of cancelled flights, even in May, and we have had to get a much bigger premise to adhere to strict safe distancing measures.

Delivery Limitations

FARM Florist provides Free Same Day Delivery to all parts of Singapore except to Tuas, Sentosa, and Jurong Island. Delivery to Tuas, Sentosa, and Jurong Island is $30.00 per order. This option is available upon check out.

We deliver on all days (from Mondays to Sundays) including Public Holidays, with the only exception of Chinese New Year (Day 1 and 2) and Christmas Day (25 December). You may choose your preferred date of delivery in the ‘Checkout’ area (the same page where you are filling in your billing and shipping details).

 

Our Promise

We provide a FULL REFUND via store credits for all orders that are more than 60 minutes late from the end of the time slot. For example, should you have selected the 11 am to 5 pm time slot, we will refund you via store credits if we arrive at 6.01 pm, but will not refund you if we arrived any time before 6 pm. FULL REFUND VIA STORE CREDITS will take place only after we send a driver to collect the delivered bouquet from you or your recipient.
