The online catalogue is structured to allow for easy navigation and customers can shop by the type of arrangement or the occasion. They are also able to place orders via telephone, fax or email.
Customers create an account on the website to become a member (free) and various data points, such as past orders and recipient records are kept, helping them to keep track of previous choices. They won’t end up buying the same flowers two years in a row as an anniversary gift!

Bloomdale currently operates only in Singapore. Delivery for orders placed during office hours may be carried out on the same day. Orders placed outside of office hours usually fall on the next working day.
Delivery to most locations in Singapore is subject to a delivery fee of $6.50 ($6.96 after GST) per location.
For orders going to Singapore islands and restricted areas such as the Airport Passenger Terminals, Airport Cargo Complex, PSA ports and military camps, a delivery surcharge of SGD$ $15 ($16.05 after GST) is payable.
From time to time, Bloomdale Florist offers promotions with special discounts on selected or all products. These benefits are usually made available to online members. All they have to do is to enter a promotion code on the shopping cart page and the discount is calculated automatically.
Every dollar spent earns the customer Loyalty Points that may be accumulated and used to redeem for free gifts, shopping vouchers or cash rebates. Bloomdale Florist is the only florist in Singapore that allows customers to convert loyalty points into instantaneous cash rebates on a purchase.
Loyalty points can be redeemed on the website at any time. To keep existing Loyalty Points from expiring, all customers have to do is to spend within 12 months of a previous purchase to extend points for another year.
Most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and Amex, are accepted and customers are required to submit credit card information online. An acknowledgement is sent to the email address to confirm payment.
Companies who set up corporate accounts on the website may enjoy credit terms of up to 30 days from the second order onwards.
