Floral Garage Singapore is a team of passionate floral hobbyists turned professional florists founded by Justin and Jonah who met while serving National Service. The freestyle bouquet is their signature arrangement – customers who can’t decide, give them a free hand to craft a bouquet. All flowers come with a complimentary card, designed by in-house artists.

The mission of Floral Garage is to provide the public with the cheapest bouquets and flower arrangements. They believe everyone should have the opportunity to express themselves by giving flowers. They can keep prices low because of their low overheads and efficient automated processes.

Other services

A floral subscription of one month allows customers to choose from three sizes and two themes. A calming flower subscription plan is made up of pastels, blues and whites. A romantic flower subscription plan is made up of vibrant pinks and reds. The three sizes offered are petite, standard and deluxe. Weekly deliveries can be planned in advance and are free.

A corporate subscription offers various perks, including being able to order instantly from a dedicated account manager via text, WhatsApp, call or email. Other perks are a 30 days credit limit and up to 11% discounts.

Customers can shop for more than flowers on the website. They can also shop for party supplies, such as balloons, banners, bunting, piñatas, partyware and much more.

Giving back to society

Floral Garage Singapore believes in giving back to society by various means such as holding non-profit floral arrangement workshops, giving to animal shelters, donating materials for flag days and supporting worthy charities. They encourage customers to be part of the future adventures of this nature by dropping them an email.

Product selection

The online website is easy to navigate. Customers can shop by looking through various categories in the online shop. One of the categories is the type of item, such as hand bouquets, table arrangements, flower gift baskets, dried flowers, flowers in a vase, bridal bouquets and more.

Customers can also select from a variety of flower choices, such as carnations, lilies, gerberas, roses, sunflowers, tulips etc. They can shop according to the occasion, such as Mother’s Day, Teacher’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Graduation etc.

Various gorgeous hampers are available as gifts for newborn babies, get well gifts, romantic gifts and include items like chocolate and fruit. The shop even includes a fun category where customers can choose from add-ons, soft toys and terrariums. Customers can filter by price in each category.

Customers who don’t know exactly what they want can order a Freestyle Bouquet at a cost of SGD $34.90 or a Premium Freestyle Bouquet at SGD $64.90. These bouquets are best sellers and can be ordered very easily by simply clicking on ‘Shop Freestyle” on the home page of the website. The florists use their creativity to come up with a bouquet that delights the recipient.

Placing orders

Customers choose a product, add it to their cart, give recipient details, write a message, make a payment, and that’s it. They receive a confirmation email and an e-invoice. The staff sends a personalised text message to confirm order details with customers.

Deliveries

Deliveries are only made in Singapore. Same-day delivery services are available, except on Sundays. Customers who order online can choose to collect the item on a selected date and time. Deliveries are made from Mondays to Saturdays from 10am to 2pm, 1:30pm to 5pm and 5pm to 10pm. On Sundays, deliveries are only made from 10am to 2pm.

Standard deliveries cost SDG $5 per trip. For a select few items, the delivery fee is SGD $9.70. Customers can have items delivered at a specific time at a cost of SGD $25. The delivery fee for all Congratulatory and Condolence Stands is SGD $15. Delivery to extended delivery zones, such as Sentosa, is SGD $25 and balloon bouquet deliveries are charged at SGD $30 due to their delicate nature.

Payment

Pay through secure online payment systems, Stripe or Paypal. Those with Paypal accounts can pay via debit or credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Customer credit or debit card information is not stored but goes straight to Stripe or Paypal. Those who do not have cards or Paypal can by bank transfer, Paynow or other offline methods.

Loyalty Rewards

Customers can sign up as members and earn coins. They earn one coin for each dollar spent and need 20 coins to get a dollar discount on a future purchase. The coins can also be redeemed with exclusive rewards from merchant partners.
